What is CACG?

CACG – Community Anti-Crime Group is non-government organization, organized by MR. ELMER PONCE BERNARDO, duly registered to the Security and Exchange Commission, with SEC. REG. NO.: CN201812764.

CACG is duly recognized by the PNP Police Community Affairs and Development (PCADG) as one of our Force Multipliers and Advocate Support Group.

CACG as a PNP Community Relations Program, designed to enlist the active support of the Community to help solve and suppress crimes and criminals.

Composed of selected individuals of good moral character from the Community or organized groups, based on recruitment and selection criteria set by PNP, and who voluntary offer services and other resources to this Group without compensation and material consideration.

Our Vision

To make every part of the archipelago a safe haven for locals and tourist with the goal of a peaceful and harmonious convergence of the volunteer members and residents toward crime free and prosperous communities.

Our Mission

To serve and protect every Filipino Community by organizing and educating volunteers and communities about crime prevention and providing assistance to Law Enforcement Agencies ensuring that justice is serve to the families of victims of crime.

Our Philosophy

Criminals will not thrive nor survive in a community with vigilant and pro-active citizenry and that security and safety is everyone’s concern. Bayanihan Spirit is the key to our quest for genuine peace and security in the community.

CACG is duly recognized and accredited by the Philippine National Police (PNP).

This esteemed recognition reaffirms our organization’s commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all our endeavors. As a PNP-accredited entity, CACG remains steadfast in our mission to advocate for positive social change, promote community engagement, and support law enforcement efforts in ensuring the safety and well-being of our communities. We are honored to collaborate with the PNP and look forward to continuing our shared commitment to serving the public good.”

Volunteers

Members who are advocating the cause of helping the community by assisting and providing information on the government’s law enforcement agencies, conduct anti-crime orientation programs and provide community service activities in depressed areas to help alleviate living conditions of our less fortunate brothers and sisters. On cases of disasters and calamities , CACG volunteers also provide rescue and medical assistance to the affected communities.

  6. I shall maintain to live a life dedicated to a drug-free and corruption-free community.
  7. I shall help in promoting and advancing federalism for a better Philippines.
  8. I shall be a lighthouse to my own family and fellow volunteer members of CACG as we shall move towards the advancement of our own persons.
  9. I shall advocate and encourage a culture of optimism towards the economic prosperity of my own community.
  10. I shall foster unity and harmony within CACG and towards my fellow volunteer members. Until my last dying breath, I shall bear and fulfill the aforementioned burden and obligation.
