CACG CONFERENCE AND WEBSITE LAUNCH

The April 2024 CACG Conference stood out as a remarkable event, seamlessly blending community engagement with technological innovation. From heartfelt ceremonies to forward-thinking discussions, the conference embodied the spirit of progress and collaboration within CACG Community.

The conference commenced with a sense of patriotism as attendees stood tall for the Philippine national anthem, led by the ever-graceful Asst. Secretary, Ms. Haniya Bermudo. Following this moment of unity, the atmosphere shifted to one of reflection and reverence with the CACG Prayer, gracefully delivered by the Vice President of Riyadh Chapter, Ms. Rhodora Baynosa.

Setting the tone for the day ahead, Regional President Ronald Solis then took the stage, offering insightful opening remarks that underscored the significance of the gathering. His words served as a reminder of the organization’s mission and the impact it continues to make on the lives of many.

President Redentor Esguerra of the Riyadh Chapter welcomed everyone with warmth and enthusiasm. His words resonated with hope and determination, embodying the spirit of the CACG community.

In the midst of these inspiring speeches, CACG Organizer Ric Bagayo and Senior Officer Rey Manonero shared poignant message: “Ang bawat kasapi sa samahan na nakakaalam ay magbibigay lakas sa demokrasya. Ngunit ang bawat kasapi sa samahan mapagmataas, mabagal ang pangusad ay sisira at maging dahilan sa pagpapabagsak sa ating kalayaan.”, reminding attendees of the importance of individual awareness and participation in a society for the sustenance of democracy. It suggests that every member who is informed and engaged contributes to the strength of democratic ideals. It highlights how members who are proud or indifferent can impede progress and potentially undermine the freedom and rights that democracy aims to uphold. 

Shifting gears, the head of InfoTech Committee, Mr. Dave unveiled the official website of CACG KSA, marking a significant milestone in the organization’s journey. With clarity and purpose, he elucidated the importance of establishing a robust web presence, outlining the objectives and key features of the website. marking a pivotal milestone in the organization’s journey towards digital advancement.

Mr. Dave delved into the strategic significance of the website, emphasizing its role in enhancing communication, fostering engagement, and promoting transparency within the organization and beyond.

With a demeanor of  purpose, he eloquently articulated the paramount importance of establishing a robust web presence in today’s interconnected world. The audience was treated to a live demonstration of the website, showcasing its user-friendly interface and wealth of resources.

As the program progressed, CACG Organizer Nilo Lumbag and Regional Secretary Dan Casabal led an informative orientation session, equipping attendees with the knowledge and tools needed to drive meaningful engagement within the community. Their guidance set the stage for collaboration and empowerment.

Our esteemed regional adviser, Sir Julius Salamca, captivated our attention by engaging members with a series of thought-provoking riddles. Each riddle carried profound lessons and messages that resonated deeply with the ethos of our organization.

With each enigmatic puzzle presented, Sir Julius not only challenged our intellect but also ignited a journey of introspection, guiding us towards a deeper understanding of our roles and responsibilities as members.

Through this interactive and enlightening exercise, he fostered a sense of camaraderie among us, encouraging collaborative problem-solving and critical thinking. Sir Salamca’s innovative approach to engagement left a lasting impression on all who attended, inspiring us to approach our tasks with renewed enthusiasm and a heightened sense of purpose.

The Regional Vice President Christian Cambri also gave a speech emphasizing the importance of promoting unity and harmony within CACG and among fellow volunteer members.

Throughout the day, the proceedings were expertly guided by the masterful duo of Ms. Mary Grace Blanco and Mr. Jockey Lising, whose wit and charm kept the audience engaged from start to finish.

In retrospect, the April 2024 CACG Conference was more than just a gathering; it was a celebration of community, collaboration, and commitment to a brighter, healthier future. As attendees dispersed, they carried with them not just memories but a renewed sense of purpose and solidarity, ready to continue the journey of making a difference, one step at a time.
