About CACG
CACG – Community Anti-Crime Group is a non-government organization organized by ENGR. ELMER PONCE BERNARDO, duly registered with the Security and Exchange Commission under SEC. REG. NO.: CN201812764.
CACG is duly recognized by the PNP Police Community Affairs and Development (PCADG) as one of our Force Multipliers and Advocate Support Group.
CACG as a PNP Community Relations Program is designed to enlist the active support of the Community to help solve and suppress crimes and criminals.
The organization is composed of selected individuals of good moral character from the Community or organized groups, based on recruitment and selection criteria set by PNP, who voluntarily offer services and other resources without compensation or material consideration.

Criminals will not thrive nor survive in a community with vigilant and pro-active citizenry and that security and safety is everyone's concern. Bayanihan Spirit is the key to our quest for genuine peace and security in the community.

As a PNP-accredited entity, CACG remains steadfast in our mission to advocate for positive social change, promote community engagement, and support law enforcement efforts in ensuring the safety and well-being of our communities.
We are honored to collaborate with the PNP and look forward to continuing our shared commitment to serving the public good.
Our Volunteers
Our members advocate for the cause of helping the community by:
- Assisting and providing information to government law enforcement agencies
- Conducting anti-crime orientation programs
- Providing community service activities in depressed areas to help alleviate living conditions
- Providing rescue and medical assistance to affected communities during disasters and calamities

Every CACG volunteer pledges to uphold the following principles:

- I shall help in promoting and advancing federalism for a better Philippines.
- I shall be a lighthouse to my own family and fellow volunteer members of CACG as we shall move towards the advancement of our own persons.
